TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Along with Rota wheel purchases, Engine swaps, motor swaps, JDM parts, tuning parts or any other purchase made made from JayDM( JDM import specialists), and use of our site Buyer/User agrees to the following:

Condition of Sale: All sales are final and all products sold by JayDM( JDM import specialists) (The Seller) are sold "as is" to the Buyer.

Returns: Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from JayDM( JDM import specialists) in advance and must be made within (5) days of receiving the product. All returned products to JayDM( JDM import specialists) are subject to 25% restocking fee. All products which are approved for return are for JayDM( JDM import specialists) product credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer's carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered to the Buyer by JayDM( JDM import specialists). Only the original Buyer may request a return of products. All warranty cards and other such items must be included with the product being returned. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after warranty has been cleared from original manufacturer will the Buyer receive product back. After receipt of goods, JayDM( JDM import specialists) shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If JayDM( JDM import specialists) does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Wheels and Tires which have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition. Special Orders, Custom Made Orders, and all Electrical or Mechanical parts are not returnable.

Special Orders: All special orders require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to JayDM( JDM import specialists). JayDM( JDM import specialists) shall not be responsible for any late shipments, although we competently try to avoid them. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.
Contingencies: JayDM( JDM import specialists) shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of JayDM( JDM import specialists) business.

Warrant /Liability: JayDM( JDM import specialists)'s sole warranty for any and all products sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product. JayDM( JDM import specialists) gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. JayDM( JDM import specialists) will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.

Performance Products: JayDM( JDM import specialists) does engage in selling after-market items for on-road vehicles, and by purchasing from JayDM( JDM import specialists) Buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. JayDM( JDM import specialists) will not assume responsibility for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts. All engine, exhaust, performance, body kits, and modification parts are legal in the state of California for off-highway use only! (Unless stated otherwise).

Body Kit / Aero-Dynamics: Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, JayDM( JDM import specialists) is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking, breaking, modifying, or custom fabrication your aero parts) or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc... All body kits (aero components) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition shows only! Buyer understands that some body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Several of these kits are prototyped and used on NON-USA vehicles that have much less stringent safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labor a body shop/paint shop charges the Buyer. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop technicians install and paint any body kit (aero components) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for! If local in Southern Calif., or delivering vehicle to Southern Calif. we work with paint/body shops where we would gladly recommend body/paint work to be performed. Buyer understands JayDM( JDM import specialists) is not responsible or liable for any vehicle delivery fees, transportation costs, towing fees, or incurred damages for bringing vehicle to Southern Calif. for installation, paint and/or body modifications, should buyer decide to do so.

Installations: JayDM( JDM import specialists) does not do any installations but we can recommend you to a Southern California shop that can.

Payment information and options: Personal or company checks accepted (we will wait for check to clear before shipping merchandise, No Exceptions!) We do accept money orders such as US Postal, Western Union, Certified bank check/money orders, bank transfers, and some other store money orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. Only California residents need apply applicable sales tax to total. Before sending money order / check / certified bank check, please call or email JayDM( JDM import specialists) for total with shipping and handling. Upon sending payment through Postal, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.. Please include payment, full name, shipping address, contact phone number, year, make, model of vehicle. Example:1992-1995 Honda Civic EX Coupe- Manual Transmission.

Shipping/Handling: Please make sure everything is in satisfactory condition upon delivery. We are not responsible for late discoveries of unsatisfactory condition merchandise. All Continental U.S.A. shipments are sent UPS ground-track, insured and with optional "signature required" on all shipments. In the event a claim is neccessary, please save all original packing materials such as box, box filler, labeling, tape or claim may not get fulfilled upon request. After claim is made and the motions are completed entirely, only exchange for same part that was originally damaged is allowed. Buyer shall pay shipping fees if product needs to be sent back to factory for repairing, and Buyer shall also pay all shipping costs on all products returned for any reason to JayDM( JDM import specialists). Alternative shipping is available for other US territories and outside countries such as Japan, UK, Australia, Middle East, etc.. Not all shipping rates are readily availble for boat or air to other countries. We can get S/H estimates only if requested and provided buyer's address through email, or phone. Buyer may also fax us their full name, address, and appropriate postal code(s). UPS is available worldwide, but is extremely costly as it goes air only internationally.

Final Note: By purchasing from, and/or continuing to browse this site. You have accepted these terms of agreement. Due to the fact that these are competition parts we will not be held responsible for damages incurring from their use. Please maintain safe behavior and exercise care and good judgment when operating your motor vehicle.

We hope you understand that we do not claim any competition part(s) to be street legal, smog legal, emission free, completely safe or worry free as some manufacturer's claim their products to be.
